I'm just writing to let you know that I received the wrong dress. The dress that I ordered came up under the arms with a lot of material covering the breast area and the embroidery went all the way down the back with quite a bit of train. The dress I received has very little train, the embroidery only goes up a little bit on the train, the halter only covers half the side of my breasts and dips low in the front. I wear a size 38G in a bra size and this dress would probably fit a DD if lucky. I can't even wear a bra with this dress without it showing. My wedding is tomorrow morning and when I tried on my dress, I was in tears. Also, I noticed that the material was puckered on the strap and one side was wider than the other.

I received the dress yesterday. It is perfect, exactly how I thought it was going to be. Thank you for taking the time to remake this dress and provide good customer service with my problems.

This dress is beautiful and I am happy with the lace back. My only suggestion would be to add another snap to the top and bottom of the other side of the lace back flap so that it stays in place more securely and cannot move.

My last suggestion would be to be more descriptive on the website. If there is no back photo of a dress, in the description state if it is a lace up back or a zipper back. Also, add that you are able to do custom backs whether it be lace or zipper. I know some brides really prefer one or the other and it can be a "i love the front"/"hate the back" dilemma and if they know they had a choice of back it might generate more business because more brides would take advantage of something like that that a lot of places are not willing to do.

The dress came in today, thank you. I love it. The only thing I was confused about was that in the picture the dress is a one whole part, it has no seam in the middle connecting the top with the bottom, and the dress that I have does have the seam and it doesn't fit right around my stomach. Do you make your veils in colors? I'm thinking about
getting a pink (or diamond white) veil... 2 layer, cut
edge, elbow length... can you make that? Do your veils
come on a comb? How much would it be?

We received the two gowns and the colour chart today and need to say a huge thank you to you.
 
I cannot describe how thrilled I am with the gowns, they are both so beautiful and the detailing on them is amazing, They truly show how talented you and your staff are.
 
The delivery time on them was so quick and I was so impressed at how quickly you managed to both make and ship them to us.
 
Therefore I wish to confirm that I would like you to be our supplier and we will be placing our big order from you within the next few weeks, we would like to order 48 gowns from you. would it be easier for you if we placed the orders in blocks of 10 at a time to give you sufficient time to make them?

I received the dress today, all I can say to you and your team is THANK YOU! The dress is so Beautiful!

We will order more dresses in the next couple weeks for my mom and any future occasions.

I had order the dress a little smaller than what my actual size is and now it's not fitting half way up my waist, do you know if I can bring it into a tailer to expand the top part?

I will try to loose some weight by then but in case that don't happen...
